Process

I just took an online assessment through Codesignal. It had four questions, with the difficulty set to increase for each.

If the first question isn't unlocked, the second, third, and fourth questions won't be unlocked either.

Supported by wonderful people and highly adaptable to change

Head of Technical Solutions • Current Employee

Pros: Although I have been with the company for quite some time, everyone I work with is open, supportive, and highly skilled. As a result, despite various changes such as market fluctuations and strategic shifts, the company has always been remarkably adaptable to change.

Cons: As a result of being resistant to change, the company has become complacent, resulting in poor strategic decisions and repeated failures.

Pros: Salary is great. Bank holidays are off. 25 days of PTO. Easy communication with the company and leads. The company is open for ideas.

Cons: It is a work-from-home position, which is great. However, sometimes I miss interacting with people in person. More days' allowance to work from abroad.

Great place to work

Software Engineer • Current Employee

San Francisco, California, United States

Pros: I get to work with some of the most intelligent and hardworking people I've ever met. The work is challenging and interesting. Every perk you expect to see at a stereotypical Bay Area startup is available: a gym, a masseuse, three 5-star meals a day, and a social calendar.

Cons: There are some growing pains. This usually looks like transient bottlenecks, but occasionally involves having management structure form organically rather than deliberately, which doesn't always feel optimal.
