Process
I reached out to the recruiter to get the coding challenge after applying online. The challenge was ridiculously hard and required memoization on a trie within 70 minutes. I then scheduled a phone interview for the following week. Although I thought I did really well on the interview, I was told a few weeks later that I wouldn't be moving forward.
The hiring bar is high even for interns, so you really have to know what you're doing to get an internship here.
