Phone interview with a member of the team, primarily as a screen. Mostly general questions about the resume, discussing the company, culture, and what the work might be like. The interviewer provided a lot of good information that I was looking for about the company.
I did visit the office in person ahead of the interview and met some of the people there, but none were involved in the interview process.

Pros: It's incredible to work at a place that views the Dropbox product as their second greatest priority, their first being an amazing company culture.
Cons: It's going to be extremely difficult to maintain the small company feel that truly enhances productivity. I'm interested in how well each of the teams will accomplish this much-needed goal.

Pros: - Decent compensation.
- Top-notch benefits.
- Remote-first culture.
- Folks from L1 to L5 are pretty good; they are talented and kind.
Cons: - Leadership (specifically the new VPs of EPD, yes, we have new VPs for Engineering, Product, and Design) is clueless.
- Core: Has nothing interesting to do, and the Engineering LT in Core has an extremely low hiring bar.
- Dash: Talented people, decent LT, no idea how to make people pay for Dash.
- Career growth is almost impossible, especially L4 onwards, unless you are buddies with the right people.
