Dropbox makes #1 on my list of all-time favorite places to work. The company's core values are exemplified from the top down, which is felt at the direct manager level. Career growth opportunities are off the chart. I've gained 10x experience working here and have been afforded the ability to work across multiple teams on many surfaces that interest me. Work-life balance is great, and the virtual-first mode of work works super well for the business and employees. Overall, an amazing place to work.
