Although I have been with the company for quite some time, everyone I work with is open, supportive, and highly skilled.
As a result, despite various changes such as market fluctuations and strategic shifts, the company has always been remarkably adaptable to change.
As a result of being resistant to change, the company has become complacent, resulting in poor strategic decisions and repeated failures.
I think this company will change dramatically just by taking an organized approach to change.
