Great work environment and awesome colleagues
I've been in the role of a Senior Software Engineer at Dropbox for almost a year, and it's been a very positive experience.
What I like the most is the culture. The team I joined is supportive, collaborative, and there's an authentic sense of camaraderie.
One of the highlights of my role here is the freedom to choose how I approach and solve problems. If you're proactive and enjoy taking the initiative, you'll find this workplace highly enjoyable.
The company also has good benefits, including:
- A generous perk allowance
- Stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
One of the downsides is having to join meetings set in the US timezone.
