A company that truly cares
I’ve been with Dropbox a few years now, and every year I feel increasingly grateful for the people I work with and for the integrity of the leadership.
The company is very mindful of not overworking and exhausting the staff and pays close attention to make sure that people are supported in reaching their career goals and are fulfilled in what they do. Because of this, they have created a positive and fun environment and a team who works hard and is motivated to help the company reach its goals.
It feels very much like a close family, which is something I’ve never experienced previously.
I really can’t think of anything. 🤷♀️
