The virtual-first approach with Dropbox continues to provide solid boundaries between work and life. They are a top-notch remote company.
The pay for markets outside of SF. There was a solid 10 percent pay decrease which didn't consider that the metro I'm in is equivalently expensive to SF. I do the same work as my colleagues in SF and am paid less.
