Pros

The food is okay; they ended the bakery recently.

Cons

There is no direction or vision. A lot of leadership at the lower levels don't really know how to translate strategy into executable initiatives.

Workflows are completely siloed, and re-organizations lead to several re-hashes of the same project. Several layers of management are arbitrarily introduced to squash accountability to the individual contributor level. There's a cultural gap within teams, pronounced when members speak on professional matters in different languages.

People are praised and promoted for delivering band-aid solutions which don't address some core issues within the tech stack, and others are assigned to maintain it.

Constant turnover for some of the strategic leadership positions.

Advice to Management

They need to do a better job of creating a more inclusive environment and empowering folks to be more effective at their jobs.
