People care about your personal growth
I've been blown away by the people here and the amount of focus they have on bringing the best of the best into this amazing company culture. It's awesome that they emphasize making an impact and keeping their employees happy by continually challenging them and giving them so much awesome stuff to work on.
Since I've started at the company, I haven't left work before 7 at night, which isn't too late. It just makes me worry a little bit for how long I will start staying in the future when I get more ramped up.
I'm interested in how promotions will work here once that system is figured out. I'd love to know how this process will go and how transparent it will be.
