Too Many Re-orgs. In my short tenure, there were constant changes and no stability.
No clear direction on what your job entails from QA leadership. No thoughtfulness around who to hire in what position.
They laid off tons of minorities in the last layoff. From my team, only minority women were laid off.
I took a CodeSignal assessment and it was pretty fair in difficulty. I definitely need to practice more so that I can prepare myself for another attempt to succeed to the next round.
The interview process included: * 2 online assessments * a phone screen * an onsite interview with 2 technical interviews and 1 behavioral interview. I thought it was straightforward, and they gave me an offer after 2-3 weeks. I accepted and
