The interview process was straightforward.

Tony Hamama (HR) from Dynatrace called me to discuss my background and experience. Afterward, Tony provided insights into Dynatrace. At the end of the call, he walked me through the entire interview process, which mirrored the steps I later experienced. The process was so quick that I hadn't expected a full-time role. Interview Process:

• Had an initial call from HR after applying for the position online.
• Scheduled a virtual screening interview with the team lead.
• Was assigned a project to complete and present to the whole DevOps team (onsite and remote, US & Europe).
• Was invited for the final on-site interview, which included a project presentation, team interview, and 1:1 interviews:
  • DevOps team interview, lasting 40 minutes.
  • Project presentation to the whole DevOps team in Detroit and Linz for an hour and a half.
  • 1:1 interview with the team lead.
  • 1:1 interview with the Detroit Lab manager.
• After a week, I received the offer in my inbox.
