Process
The first round was with HR from Barcelona, and it was nice.
The second round was with the director and two engineering managers at the Tallinn branch. I explained my current and previous experiences. After that, they asked simple system design questions for 10-15 minutes, and that was all.
One week later, HR sent me a rejection email with irrelevant and funny feedback.
Do not waste your time with them.
