Cons: A lot of bureaucracy; you need to report all your working hours to specify which JIRA story you worked on, which meeting you attended, etc. The company sells "agile" but implements classic waterfall. All you have from "agile" are rituals like the daily standup. Command and control style of management and micromanagement, treating developers as resources. The level of competence varies greatly among engineers; many key people have recently left.
