- Good benefits (pension provision, meal allowance, great office, etc.).
- Very open culture where you can get involved almost anywhere.
- Hardware is generally good, a freer choice would be great.
- Due to strong growth, there are also more frequent double roles and unclear processes, which leads to more work in the short term.
