Dynatrace is a big company that has a very agile culture. The company respects its employees. There are many opportunities to grow within the company. Employees are always encouraged to take part in innovation projects, as well as preparing and conducting tech talks about different topics.
For me, there are no downsides to working at Dynatrace. 🙂

The interview process included: * A phone screening with HHRR. * An in-person interview with the location leader. * An in-person interview with the team leader. * A closing interview with HHRR. Nice people, nice talks. No programming tests
Selection process with several phases: * Phone call with Human Resources. * Interview with a technical leader. * Technical interview with 2 evaluators who ask about Java in the backend. * Final interview with the leader.
