The process was normal. Although their definition of "junior" wasn’t quite accurate, as they were really looking for mid-level candidates. This wasn’t made clear until the technical portions.
The technical interview was communicated poorly. This included confusion between the Zoom link and the CodeSignal link, and spoken expectations differing from written interview expectations.
