I had two phone interviews and an in-person interview that lasted five hours with multiple people.

I would say the in-person interview was not scheduled properly. One of the interviewers did not show up at all, and I was kept waiting for a whole hour until the person appeared and mentioned they were not aware of the interview being scheduled.

Also, this is a quality position. Though I was prepared for basic programming questions, some kept asking questions on data structures and algorithms. Honestly, if that is the expectation, then I would expect the position to be for a developer.
