Process
The process has been unprofessional. I attended the tech screen, but it's been two weeks and I haven't heard back. Considering the time one makes to prepare for an interview and carve out from a workday, this experience was disappointing.
A third-party recruiter reached out through LinkedIn. The process was a little rusty, as there seemed to be some inefficiencies with the three-sided communication. Initially, I blocked my calendar in anticipation of the interview, but I had to reach out multiple times to get confirmation.
