Worst job interview experience of my life.

I had two video calls. The first one was very pleasant, with two friendly people who discussed their work and my past experiences.

Then, there was another interview 15 minutes later with two other people who did not smile. They asked me a few technical questions, and then we started a simple coding exercise on a shared screen. These kinds of situations are stressful for interviewees, and I was stressed. Suddenly, one of the interviewers' children started crying in the background. I couldn't even understand what they were saying and had to ask the questions again a few times, but it continued for a few minutes. I became more and more stressed. They didn't even try to apologize or manage the situation. I politely told them I could not continue and ended the interview.

It's so sad they cannot provide a basic professional environment.
