This was through campus placement.
There was an initial screening round.
Approximately 200 people were screened, and 20 were selected.
The screening round consisted of:
- 7 aptitude questions (30 minutes)
- 10 technical questions (30 minutes)
- 2 coding problems (45 minutes)

Pros: With a great work atmosphere, there are various opportunities provided for individuals to shine and grow within their teams.
Employee training is encouraged, and management makes every attempt to provide projects based on the type of work employees want to do.
With the number of changes happening this year, senior management has been very communicative and responsive, which is great to see.
Cons: A better work-life balance atmosphere would be beneficial. Due to the large nature of the organization, decision-making takes a long time as you have to go through a lot of red tape. The company seems to be more reactive than proactive, always trying to catch up with the competition as opposed to setting trends.

Pros: - Good, competent colleagues.
- Innovations in work are possible.
- The company can make good profits by segmenting the formats clearly.
- Good facilities within the company. Freebies are still available, even with the current economy.
Cons: Innovations are not leveraged by the company.
Improve the processes and regain the technology DNA within the company.
Managers are not competent enough to undo the process-heavy lifecycle and adapt an agile lifecycle for products.
There are too many meetings for people at all levels, and it seems the only way to communicate across groups and across layers of hierarchy is by meeting.
