Pros: - Amazing benefits from buying stock, life insurance, pension contribution (more than match), medical, dental, and travel insurance for you and loved ones.
- SOS service in case you are stuck in another country.
- Cycle-to-work scheme, etc.
- They spoil you and really take care of their employees.
Cons: I wish the pay was more, but hey, it's okay for an intern.

The predicted headwinds might be upgraded to hurricane-strength gales!
Software Engineer • Current Employee
San Jose, California, United States
November 16, 2008
Pros: It's a local company that has lots of brand recognition. You tell people where you work, and they immediately know. One of the major reasons that I chose this company was a belief in the strengths of its fundamentals. When they came to my campus, there was so much talk about growth.
Cons: Bad decisions by current management, although there is some transparency. I feel that it's just not the company it used to be because we've pissed off soooo many people. Management believes that being bold is necessary in this stage of the company's life. My opinion is: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
