The recruiter scheduled a 10-minute screening call, which anyone with any experience (or a brain) knows will take longer than 10 minutes.
He was then 4 minutes late to his own 10-minute meeting and proceeded to ask questions he could have found on my application.
A week later, he auto-rejected with no explanation.
Unprofessional vibe from start to finish.
