The interview process involved an initial phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a 1:1 coding round with a software engineer, and then a panel interview.
The interviewers were nice. I cleared the coding round and was selected for the final interview. The interview was scheduled, but it was cancelled the next day as they had moved ahead with another candidate.
Since I was still selected for the final round, I was offered a coding interview with another team (for the role I had applied for). However, the same thing happened again.
I had to follow up to get a response and never received any notification from them.
This might be my personal experience, but there was a lack of communication and no clear vision from the hiring team. It was a very bad experience, and I will not apply again.
