Work with eBay, develop together
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Seoul, South Korea
October 2, 2020
Pros: 1. Good work-life balance
2. Horizontal organizational culture
3. Developing organizational culture
4. Kind company colleagues
Cons: 1. Fewer employees than competitors (e.g., Coupang). As far as I know, developers are about 10 times different.
2. Lack of resources to make more valuable products, due to fewer employees. (I'm confident that we can produce more results.)

Good WLB; there are good and bad teams
Software Engineer • Former Employee
February 21, 2022
Pros: I got to work with two teams. The first one was really good; the second one was meh. So, it all depends on what teams we get put into.
Cons: No interaction with manager. MTS usually handles all of the things in the team.
