Pros: I interned at eBay. Good pay, work-life balance, etc. It was easy to get along with everyone, and people were ready to help.

Cons: Not all products are nice and innovative. Few new products are innovative and exciting to work on, but some old products are just maintained. If you get into such a team, there is not much to learn.
