November 2, 2020

Neutral ExperienceNo Offer

Process

Applied around August.

Received a Codesignal request in early September.

I did not perform very well, given that it was my first Codesignal assessment. I have not yet received a rejection email, but I am quite sure I will not be continuing in the process.

Pros: Pay is OK. The way it works generates quite a few short-term contract positions; however, it might not be worth it.

Cons: Employees have all the benefits and take all the good opportunities. Contractors have to do all the dirty work. The workplace is crowded and noisy.
