I was contacted over the phone by a recruiter. She spoke with me regarding my resume for about 20-30 minutes. When she was satisfied, she explained the interview process and told me to look forward to an email requesting my availability for an interview.
The interview was scheduled in two parts, with two people calling me on different days for one hour each.
The first round was non-technical. We mostly discussed their work and my past experiences. The interviewer went over my entire resume and everything I had written in it.
In the second round, the interviewer asked me many technical questions. I was unable to answer only one of them at the time. It was very basic, but I guess I got a little nervous and confused.
He then gave me his email address and three coding questions, asking me to email the answers within 20 minutes. It took me about an hour to complete them. I believe that was my failing point in the interview.
