I applied online and got the schedule for the initial interview quite soon, as was the second round. The on-site section, however, was delayed a few times, and the whole process took one month to get to the final stage. The questions were all about experience and coding. They were not very hard, but they do need people with solid coding skills and a good testing mentality.
