Pros: Work-life balance, talented people still left there, scale of operations does pose some interesting engineering challenges, decent benefits and pay.

Cons: Suffocating politics. After some time, you will start seeing the real hidden agenda of your colleagues and managers. It is not their fault; they want to grow and have no other option than playing as per the system. Incompetent managers. eBay has somehow managed to attract all the inept engineers into management roles. They thrive and let only those of their kind thrive.

Pros: Work-life balance is good. People are nice. It's a peaceful working environment.

Cons: The cafe is not good. The food is expensive. The parking lot is small.

Pros: People at eBay are uplifting and energizing, and that makes it fun to go into work! As an intern, there are SO many perks. Tons of amazing merch (including a polaroid camera!!), amazing intern activities (e.g. TopGolf, origami class). National Intern Day (which happened to be on my birthday) was one of the best days ever. There was even a day where Great America was rented out just for eBay!! It's been so much fun. Besides the perks, there are tons of professional development opportunities as an intern, lots of networking opportunities - and overall just so many opportunities to find out who you are as a person, what drives you, and just to be a better YOU. My team and everyone I've met has been so amazing, and I truly could not have asked for more from an internship!

Cons: Can't think of any off the top of my head - it's been an incredible summer through and through!
