- Decent benefits and pay.
- Tag name (which is slowly going).
- Lots of changes and not much focus on doing good design.
- Very political environment and management does not have a good direction.
- Employees are not passionate about eBay, and they still buy only Amazon products.
- Not very interesting work from a development standpoint compared to other tech companies in Silicon Valley.
- Interviews are very simple compared to other competitive companies, and almost anyone can get in with a little preparation.
- Please have a good direction and try to hire the best and pay them well.
- Reduce the politics and focus on doing something good.
