Friendly working environment. There's freedom of choice in tech; note that this is entirely dependent on which team you will work with. I might also have been lucky to work with a good one.
Nothing in particular. I had a problem with the workload; it was kind of seasonal. One time you work for 12-14 hours, and other days you have absolutely nothing to do.
