Treat Full-Time Employees Well, But Not Contract Employees
I worked for eBay for 6 months. Great facilities and great people to work with.
Upper management treats contract employees terribly.
They are forced to take two weeks off without pay during the Christmas holidays. Whenever upper management comes into town, they take the full-time employees out to lunch but not contractors.
As a contractor, you may or may not be able to work 40 hours a week.
Don't be such tightwads when it comes to contractors.
