Bad management. Unfair promotions process. Too many changes too often. Too much politics. Too many meetings. People often late to meetings or don't show up. Employees not rewarded enough considering eBay's profits.
Treat employees better so they are more loyal and actually care about the work. Reward them more. Make it a more fun, enjoyable place to work instead of a sweatshop.
