You can learn a lot; it depends on your team and if you are willing.
Poor project management skills. Sometimes team colleagues, product owners/managers, don't talk to you much. They don't even bother to respond if you suggest some improvements.
Replace the whole project management team or hire more experienced project scrum masters or product owners in Europe.
