I have been working for eBay for quite some time, and it's a great place to work. You get a chance to work on the latest technologies and the projects/areas that interest you.
EBay also pays a competitive salary and other benefits.
Promotion is a little tricky to get at eBay. It takes 3-4 years for you to go to the next level.
There are a lot of redundancies in projects, with different teams trying to do the same thing. I would recommend fixing that so the company can focus on newer initiatives.
