This is one of the best places to work for. This is one of those places where you feel that the work you do really affects the world. The feedback from the community on any product the company launches is quick, ruthless, and honest. This gives me satisfaction and acts as a barometer to test where the company is going. You have the independence to choose how and what you want to work on. The company provides adequate training if you ever wish to try a different role. It has good benefits. The management is really understanding, and they are willing to work out what's best for both you and the company.
