I have always enjoyed working for eBay.
It is difficult to find cons. As a software developer, it is a very good company. What might take some getting used to is that it is an American company, and there are compliance trainings and, in part, other bureaucracy. However, similar bureaucratic mechanisms can also be found in large German corporations.
