- Good career opportunities - There are a lot of options to choose from within the company, and one can grow well if they have the self-drive and motivation.
Not really a technology-oriented company. When it comes to technology, they are followers rather than creators. So, you won't be learning much with respect to technology over there.
When it comes to India, the quality of work is also not that good. The India center does not take complete ownership of a product/feature in the true sense. You will always have to rely on management at SJC to drive something new here at India, which is very disgusting many times.
I think they have to be more proactive with respect to technology. Technology should drive innovations, rather than business problems driving the creation of solutions.
