The work culture is just fantastic. You work when you want to work, and that's one of the reasons for everyone to enjoy the work they do. The senior manager that I'm working with is just the dream manager to have.
The management staff quality is not the same under every manager. The work at eBay India lacks some research input.
The kind of manager that I'm working with is the ideal one for any employer. Very supportive, very knowledgeable, highly respected. The only thing lacking is the amount of time devoted towards employees.
