The leaders here at eBay share appreciation for your efforts and also provide prompt feedback for improvement. Leaders care for every individual's career development.
Although the initiatives are really focused on improving the user's experience, there is scope to improve and update the tech stack. Having worked with more open-source technologies earlier in my career, I feel there are more customized frameworks and tools used at eBay.
