Great place to start. We have three days or four days for newly joined to attend to get familiar with the work.

Great work-life balance.

Nice team members and working atmosphere.

The virtue attending makes recent college students harder to catch up with the normal work pace.

Not much diversity of people on my team.
Hope for more systematic and comprehensive training for recent college students in the developing tools to help them get used to work quicker.
