The team is mature and stable
The teammates are all mature and experienced engineers. The scrum meeting is efficient. There are no useless meetings to bother your work.
The process etc. are all mature. So far, I don't see much I can do to make a difference in a big scope.

The code interview was around 2 hours long. Its difficulty is comparable to LeetCode medium/hard difficulty. Language of choice and score were visible during the test. This was for a working student position.
