Flexible working hours. Nobody will care even if you are not in the office for months, if the work is completed.
Bad people management. Managers don't spend time with employees, wasting their time and money by conducting useless organization-wide events. You won't get recognized here if you don't have a big mouth. Not a technology-centric company. They use all proprietary frameworks and tools for software development which don't have any value outside.
Spend time with the employees.
Do your regular job properly instead of conducting useless events.
