As the title says, work-life balance was pretty good. Company culture is geared towards employee welfare. Flexibility to work on some open-source technologies based on the team. Compensation is not bad, but not over the top.
Not too strict about Scrum or processes, so more time to spend on development.
Promotions are random, with no clear path and few levels to grow.
Old timers in the company have been coasting for too long. There has been some recent attrition, but the company definitely needs more new and young talent to join.
