As the title says, work-life balance was pretty good. Company culture is geared towards employee welfare. Flexibility to work on some open-source technologies based on the team. Compensation is not bad, but not over the top.

Not too strict about Scrum or processes, so more time to spend on development.

Promotions are random, with no clear path and few levels to grow.

Old timers in the company have been coasting for too long. There has been some recent attrition, but the company definitely needs more new and young talent to join.

Work can get easygoing and not so motivating after a while.

There is low morale regarding turning over the company to appeal to the MZ generation of users.

We need a better plan on how the teams can better understand the impact of high-level plans/initiatives.
