A good choice so far during the depression
Work-life balance, good benefits. Do not have as many, or as widely impacted layoffs than many other companies. Sponsorship for foreign labor, day 1 GC. Very concerned about diversity and inclusion across the company.
After returning to the office, the workplace can be crowded and result in a lack of resources (waiting for meeting rooms, lunch, etc.). Working two days a week back in the office may not offer the highest compensation.
