Poor performers who want to give others their work to do are welcome.

• Poor performers are rewarded the same as those who know something.
• Huge nepotism.
• Unethical management is getting kickbacks and gaming things.
• Stagnant development and incremental projects (similar to a bank).

The CIO is one of the biggest "all me" types out there. Shareholders have got to wake up and police the executives' activities. Since when are bank executives the right choice? Anyone with talent should go elsewhere.

But please, all eBay management, stay at eBay. We don't want you messing up other companies.

It is sad because eBay used to be a company to be proud to work for, from what others have said.
