Untreated workers, especially contract workers, were not treated well
Pay is OK. The way it works generates quite a few short-term contract positions; however, it might not be worth it.
Employees have all the benefits and take all the good opportunities. Contractors have to do all the dirty work. The workplace is crowded and noisy.
We need to encourage innovation. We also need to promote fairness in treating contractors. There are quite some bad seeds among the employees who tend to "abuse" contractors by treating them very badly and taking all the credit.
