When you can't find a position anywhere else. eBay was much better under Meg...not perfect, just better.

Management couldn't care less about ideas for improvement. Only senior management is listened to, but they rarely have real input since Donahoe came on board. His ego is tremendous, and he truly believes that his disruptive innovation will work. Unfortunately, he refuses to admit it hasn't worked.

eBay is going downhill since the changes this year. Reverse them and get our sellers/buyers back.

It is apparent to Wall Street that things are dismal for eBay's future, hence the rapid stock decline. Employee morale is in the dumps due to the fact we have to toe the company line even when we know it is wrong.
