Good company for an entry-level person, but politics and slow career advancement are discouraging
The big company name on a resume helps in finding the next job.
Depending on the team, your promotion/career advancement moves, and a strong manager would help in that.
If you are a fresh graduate or an entry-level person, get into this company. It will help your resume for sure. Also, understand the politics very well. Make your work get noticed (even if you need to put a loudspeaker in your cube) and don't stay at this company for more than two years if you don't get your promotion.
